We hope you love your Cluck & Stitches order! Because each item is handmade, small variations in fabric placement, stitching, color, and sizing may occur. These little differences are part of what makes handmade items unique.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because they are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We're a small family-run handmade business, but we'll always do our best to make things right!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Including photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product and fabric availability, since many of our items are made in small batches.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is needed because of an error on our part.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

A Note About Handmade Items

Our products are handmade rather than mass-produced. Pattern placement, stitching, dimensions, and other small details may vary slightly from the product photos. These normal handmade variations are not considered defects.
