Cluck & Stitches is a small, family-run handmade business, and we want shopping with us to be as easy as possible. Here are answers to some of our most common questions.
When will my order ship?
Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary. Current processing or estimated shipping times will be listed on each product page.
If your order includes a made-to-order or personalized item, please allow additional time for us to make it just for you.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Our Cluck & Stitches products are handmade by our family in rural Georgia.
Because our items aren't mass-produced, you may notice slight differences in stitching, dimensions, fabric placement, or pattern positioning. That's part of what makes each handmade piece a little different.
Can I request a different fabric or color?
Possibly! We love custom ideas.
If you see something you like but would prefer another fabric, color, or variation, contact us before ordering. Availability will depend on the item and the fabrics or materials we currently have on hand.
Do you take custom orders?
We may accept custom orders depending on our current workload and market schedule.
Send us a message with what you have in mind, and we'll let you know if it's something we're able to make.
Can I return something?
We accept returns on certain eligible items. Custom and personalized products are generally final sale.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Please reach out! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include photos when possible.
We're a small family business, and we want the opportunity to make it right.
